Geraldine in store was extremely friendly & patient. She was knowledgeable and was conscientious. She did not push us any sales talk or try to coerce us into making and purchase which I have experienced in other stores. It was Geraldine’s customer service that made it very easy for us to choose to spend our money in your store

Very goood care over current COVID issues, provided PPE and good distancing and protection from products being touched by others. The person who helped us knew exactly what we needed based on our discussion and quickly found the right bed and mattress for my elderly father

Jason was really helpful in demonstrating the TV bed functionality. Very friendly and patient whilst we struggled to choose between the two. We’ll be back soon to purchase a mattress.

During this pandemic the way they manage the social distancing to enter the store was well satisfied. The staff who handle was so humble and makes homely during the visit and we find the product as we wanted.
