Assistant very explicit, knowledgeable and confident. Speedy help, lovely.

We were immediately approached by a member of staff who asked if we were just looking or needed some help. All the staff were wearing masks or visors and there was hand sanitiser everywhere. I specified what I was looking for and was immediately taken to some suitable mattresses. The member of staff then gave us a few minutes to try it out! Our order was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The item is being delivered within a week of purchase. The member of staff was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. We were offered a free bottle of water.

Jason was patient and helped with all my queries. I did want a pink bed but couldn't get the 1 i wanted in the time i needed sadly, but Jason tried everything.
