The service we received from Kavitha was very good. She was very helpful, polite and friendly. We were offered bottled drink of water, and given pillow and mattress protectors while we were trying out the beds, as advised by the sleepmatch recommendations.

Karen was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She helped us select the perfect bed for our new home. All the staff were observing social distancing guidelines.

We were greeted at the door & the health & safety procedures in store where explained to us. We felt welcomed & safe in the store. Help was there as & when we had any questions & the staff member was helpful & extremely knowledgeable. When we were ready to place our order it was quick & easy. Fantastic customer service.
