Great experience. Dealt with a young chap called Ben at the Farnborough branch. Very helpful and even remembered me and the products I liked from before lockdown. Very professional and approachable.

Was greeted straight away and able to enter shop straight away, easy to use cv hand disinfectant product and had use of gloves plus sheets so could touch and sit on the bed. Karen was lovely very friendly and helpful. Was given a nice botyle of water whilst sorting out the payment. Was very satisfied thank you
