We visited the Farnborough store to purchase a new mattress. We were served by a member of staff called Ben who was a really great guy. Ben had very good knowledge and was very friendly. He made us feel very comfortable and nothing was to much trouble. Ben placed our order with ease and the customer service was fantastic.

From walking into the store we were given guidance on what to expect and the bed experience. We did have to wait form a sales assistant but we did not have to wait long which gave us time to look round the store. We were given individual pillows and covers plus a extra cover to use to lie on. We were also offered water. Ben our sales assistant was friendly, he appeared knowledgeable and allowed us time to decide what we wanted to do and did answered our questions. Social distancing was adhered to and we felt safe within the store.
