Dreams - Farnborough

From walking into the store we were given guidance on what to expect and the bed experience. We did have to wait form a sales assistant but we did not have to wait long which gave us time to look round the store. We were given individual pillows and covers plus a extra cover to use to lie on. We were also offered water. Ben our sales assistant was friendly, he appeared knowledgeable and allowed us time to decide what we wanted to do and did answered our questions. Social distancing was adhered to and we felt safe within the store.

the Staff in store looked after your well-being, making sure safety standards were adhered to. The assistant Karen was very helpful answering all my questions and providing assistance. Made my shopping experience very pleasant
