The store manager was assisting me. He was very friendly and chatty also patient for me to decide what I wanted. He was very quick to give me lots of options regarding colours and styles to match what I wanted and to the best price also.

We initially went to different branch of Dreams and were horrigied at the attitude of the staff member we spoke to. However just before going to a competitor, who we had visited before and were delighted with the service, we thought we should try a different Dreams branch as we had good service years ago. This second branch we visited was amazing, the member of staff who helped us was called, Karen at the Farnborough branch and she was calm, very very knowledgeable and polite. She did not pressure us, but asked the right questions, listened, gave us all the information we required and was genuinely helpful and pleasant. She also gave us adequate time to think and was at hand when needed. She should in my opinion be commended for her help and the way in which she delivered the great service we received. My husband and I left happy with our purchase and confident with the choices we made with the help of Karen. The store was also very welcoming, clean and COVID compliant. Delivery was timely and carried out professionally and pleasantly too. To top it off our son is super happy with his bed and mattress so far! I would certainly visit the store again.

It is 15 years since we last purchased a matress. Our purchase of two zipped Flaxby matresses was made at Farnborough Dreams store, we were served by Nigel. We purchased the matresses on our return visit and specifically requested Nigel because he had been so friendly, polite and knowledgable on the first visit that we wanted him any commission from our sale to go to him. The 'Sleep Match' test beds and our discussion with Nigel gave us a good impression of the specific requirements both myself and my wife needed in order to have faith that the purchase we were making was as accurate as possible. Having tried more expensive matresses we eventually focused on a King sized combination of two single zipped Flaxby 6500 matresses, one medium the other soft. We decided to take the option of 0% interest for the payment which as NHS employees made the payments more comfortable and wee lefft the store feeling satified that we had made the right decision.
