The whole experience was warm, welcoming and controlled, which made us feel very safe and at ease when in the store. Karen, who served us, was fabulous and really took the time to get to know us; meaning that she was able to match us to the perfect bed for us! It was lovely to be offered a bottle of water so that we felt we could take our time and the pillow and pillow cases provided made us feel we could shop with confidence. I was also very impressed at her understanding of hyper mobility and sleep disorders and really valued the advice she gave and the extra time she took when matching us with products to suit these needs.
