Shop assistants were amazing, very friendly very helpful, we came in knowing we wanted a new bed but nothing else. Very quickly she found one we loved but still made sure to show us others to find the perfect match, made us feel very looked after. We came in about an hour before they closed and she still took the time to find us the perfect bed and stayed with us past closing to complete the order when we had to wait on the finance check to come through. We have never felt like we mattered more in a retail experience. Give those assistants a raise! We were helped by Geraldine.
