Dreams - Farnborough

Visited the store 15/06/20 to try out some mattresses but wasn't sure how this would work with the new Covid-19 safety measures.! There was a hand sanitising station on the door and I was then greeted by a member of staff (2m apart) who asked what I was looking for today. I was handed a protective cloth to place on any beds I wanted to try and also given my own pillow wrapped in a protective case that I could keep whilst trying out the beds. I was also pleasantly surprised to be offered to use their 'Comfort by Colour' machine which recommended me several mattresses to try based on my body shape, sleeping preferences and any aches/pains I had. As I had a good idea of which features, colours, storage options etc I wanted from a bed frame prior to visiting the store, I was quickly given a variety of options with varying price ranges, of which I found to be very reasonable. Once I had made my decision, I was also amazed to be offered a next-week delivery slot. Considering this was the first day of reopening with the new Covid-19 safety measures, I was extremely impressed with the service and my shopping experience today.

With this in mind Karen our assistant looked after us very well fully explaining all the COVID19 precautions to be taken. We was shown all the beds we wanted including trying the DN Air K mattress which convinced us to purchase one. We was offered drinks several times during the selling. Full marks to Karen for excellent service throughout.

Everyone very helpful, especially Karen, and knowledgeable. Kept their distance. Place was clean & tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff. And all staff were very friendly welcoming.

We decided that we needed a new mattress ASAP as my back has really been hurting whilst trying to sleep at night during pregnancy. So thankful to be able to come in to store this morning and try out different mattresses. Karen really helped us to narrow down our selection very quickly and took into account our budget. Couldn’t fault the service we received today and delighted that we only have five more nights until the mattress arrives.
