I first called Dreams on the phone to see if they were open. Nigel was very helpful on the phone and it was nice to speak with him in the shop. He was very helpful listing to our problem and helped us find the right mattress for us. He understood and recognised the issues we were having with our current mattress and had all the technical info on what beds could offer us with the back support we needed. It’s nice to have the level of customer service that Nigel presented, a very happy friendly man!
