Karen was so helpful in finding ,what I hope is the perfect mattress for me

We received excellent friendly service from the sales colleague in store (Karen). She spent as much time with us as we needed to help us understand what Dreams had to offer that might suit our needs. She didn't try to pressure sell us anything, just helped us make work out what was right for us. A really easy buying experience.

I was greeted at the door, the assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and let me look around the store without hassle until I found what I wanted, then he assisted me with my purchase. An excellent ambassador for your store.

I was approached whilst browsing in the shop and asked if I required assistance. Whilst I didn’t at that time when I did need assistance I returned to the same lady (Karen) who immediately made herself available to help me. Karen was extremely friendly but also professional. She obviously knew her products, and the additional services I might need.

We were welcomed by Karen straight away and offered a drink while we were assessed on the Sleepmatch. Karen had great knowledge particularly about the Flaxby range that we were interested in - we already have a Harrison Spinks mattress so were interested to hear about your range. Having said that, there was no 'hard sell' on the Flaxby range and we tried several completely different options that we would never have looked at before. We went on to buy pillows also as the ones Karen selected for us to use while we tested the mattresses were so comfortable.

Good selection and knowlegable staff. What more do you need.

Karen at the farnborough store was amazing. Very helpful with excellent customer service and knowledge about products. She also introduced me to sleep match and helped me purchase a good pillow in addition to the mattress
