The staff weren’t pushy and very friendly but knowledgeable

Karen was friendly, warm, geniune and really LGBT friendly. Would recommend to my friends who are LGBT.

A member of staff greeted us at the door with ‘good afternoon’ and we were shown to the children’s beds which we were looking for. They didn’t stock the one we were looking at so they got it up on a big screen on the wall. 2 members of staff were talking to us and interacting with our little girl.

We arrived at Dreams to warm friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help We were able to to find the right mattress and bed quickly and easily everything was straightforward with no hassle.

Alexandre was a great retail assistant, took time to understand our needs and also chatted to our little boy.

First time going to this store myself, family members recommended this one to me. Was greeted immediately by staff (I believe was the store manager) customer service was great, friendly and welcoming. Was even offered a drink. Didn't feel rushed and detail on what was sold to me was explained completely. Overall a good experience and left feeling satisfied, couldn't have asked for more.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt comfortable enough to take my time over my decision.

Geraldine at the Farnborough store was outstanding. She was approachable, knowledgeable and patient. I was highly impressed with the level of service I received and can't wait for my amazing new bed!
