I have just had my entire comments deleted because I got timed out when someone came to the door. Big negative for me - not going to write it all again, which is a shame but trust me EVERY aspect of Karen's service was exemplary and she is a great credit to herself and your company I purchased a second mattress and the insurance, which I had not planned to, as a direct result of the quality of her service and advice. I had planned to look in a few places but did not bother because of Karen's service She was helpful, knowledgeable without being pushy. This latter aspect of service is enough to make me walk out of s store I cannot praise Karen highly enough

Karen spent time with us to understand our needs and work out which mattress would be best suited to us rather than just our needs.

The colleague who helped us (Geraldine) was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping us with our selection particularly when we were undecided between two options.

We were offered a drink by the member of staff, he was friendly, knowledgable and helped us choose our new mattress

As soon as we stepped inside the store Geraldine approached us to see if we needed any help, which we did. We explained our requirements and she listened before showing us the products available. She was very polite, friendly and helpful and had a wide range of knowledge and ideas to perfectly suit our needs. Would recommend and will return when we next need a product a sold there. This is our fourth purchase from the store over the last 5 years, we have always been impressed by your sales staff and the rNge of products available and the prices.
