Karen, the sales assistant, was very attentive. Following mattress test we were shown various options & given as much time as we required for us to assess and decide. There was no feeling of pressure.

Great price and good offers for a good looking product

Came into store to purchase a new bed for my son. Had a look ourselves and found a lovely bed. Found a very helpful member of staff who talked us through the options and suggested another bed which we ended up purchasing due to his assistance.

We would highly recommend a purchase from Dreams. When we arrived we knew we wanted to buy a bed and had apprehensions of spending so much money and getting the wrong bed. Kavitha came over to see if we needed help. We told her that we where ok, she offered us tea and coffee. When we where ready Kavitha came and we told her the problems we have had with previous beds. She encouraged us to try the beds and listened to our likes and dislikes of each that we tried, she then showed us the perfect bed for us. Kavitha was very helpful, and made my Husband and I feel relaxed and unpressured. She gave us the quote we had asked for ,At this point we decided to go and take a look at a competitors store. Kevitha was understaning and wished us a good day. it was not long before we headed back to Dreams. Where the service was amazing. Kavitha filled us with confidence in her knowledge. The purchase was made simple and fun we left the store feeling happy, relaxed and confident we have the right bed from the right retailer. Overall Dreams have got a long term customer because of an amazing customer experience.

Karen knows the product very well and very helpful giving advice and tips. Appreciate her help and she was very approachable and nothing is too much for her. Thank you Karen.
