Dreams - Farnborough

Upon entering the store we were created by Cornell who made us feel at ease and explained everything superbly. At no time did we feel we had to purchase any of the items we did, even though an unexpected expense for ourselves. The whole process was effortless even the instore coffee and hot chocolate were first class. Cornell allowed us plenty of time to consider our options even finalising the purchase we discussed our choices. Thank you Cornell and Dreams the whole experience was first class.

The colleague Mike ( Michael) who helped us out was very knowledgeable and guided us the right way so we were able to place the order on our first visit to the store. He was very friendly throughout the process.

Enjoyable experience. My Sleep expert was Cornell. Even as a new member of staff, she was able to explain clearly all the choices available and was very friendly making me feel comfortable enough to relax and trial mattresses and pillows at my leisure. I used the technical sleep analysis bed to get a better understanding of which mattress suited my sleeping position and the mattress I purchased was a dream! Sleep like a log... with a smile on my face. Excellent service from all the staff and felt hygiene was at a high level safeguarding customers and staff during the entire process. Would highly recommend based on service and store facilities.
