We were greeted immediately on entering the store by a staff member with good product knowledge. She listened carefully to our requirements and used the technology available to her to ascertain the best product for us. Although we have to wait 5 weeks for our new mattress, it was explained to us that it will now be hand made specifically to our order.

Our Sales Advisor Sean was brilliant and honest and helped us get the best value for money.

We were approached by Kavitha immediately on entering the store and quickly shown to the computer to work out which type of mattress would be best for us. We were offered drinks and then were able to try all of the mattresses recommended for us. The ordering process and application for interest free credit was quick & easy.

Karen was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and recommended choices based on this. She offered extra services that Dreams provide at the same time as respected my right to choose whether or not I wanted that facility. She was not pushy but instead helpful and accommodated my needs.

I RANG YOUR FARNBOROUGH BRANCH AS HAD SEEN AN ADVERT ON TV BUT HAD NOT CAUGHT WHEN YOUR SALE WAS FINISHING. THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY BUSY SO A LITTLE LATER I RECEIVED A CALL, AFTER LEAVING MY NUMBER, FROM KAREN ADVISING ME THAT THE SALE WOULD BE STILL ON SUNDAY (THE NEXT DAY). THEN ARRIVING AT THE STORE SEAN WAS JUST OPENING UP AND WELCOMED US IN. HE WAS MOST ATTENTIVE AND WITH THE HELP OF THE "DREAM MACHINE" DETERMINED OUR NEEDS. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ALL THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. FROM THE PHONE CALL TO SEAN'S HELP AND PATIENCE. WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND "DREAMS" TO FRIENDS AND RELATIVES BECAUSE OF THEIR HELP AND YOUR DISPLAY OF PRODUCTS - WE BOUGHT A MATTRESS!
