Alexandre was the gentleman who looked after me and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and respectful (I am a widowed pensioner). The product is first class and the chaps who delivered yesterday, within 15 mins of the time-span provided (10.15am - given 10-12noon) were also considerate and helpful (shoe covers worn to protect my carpets).

Very friendly Salesman who knew his subject and had a keen sense of humour, much lacking these days. The items purchased were very good value and came with a short delivery time.

Jason at your Farnborough store was very helpful, Even though he was having to juggle customers and staff issues. Very grateful for the help he gave us and would recommend both him and the store to family and friends!

We had Sean who assisted us when we visited the store. He was very courteous and listened to our needs. Even when we couldn’t make our mind up whether we needed more space. He gave us a quote, we went home to get the deposit and when we got back, we had changed our minds and he was more than happy to change the quote to the new bed. He was also fab with my two boys one who has special educational needs.
