The team in Dreams in farnborough are very friendly and extremely professional. Sean was the person who served us. He was very helpful & friendly nothing was to much trouble. Very is knowledgeable in the products. Made my purchase of our sons Christmas present easy and enjoyable. (Karen was lovely too) Today 04.12.2019 I had to call the store to get a copy of the order emailed. I spoke to Kav who again was extremely helpful Its easy to say that I will no doubt be shopping in the farnborough store again when I need my new bed in my house move this coming year. Thank you

Karen took the time to understand what we were looking for and was really helpful in finding the right mattress and bed frame. I'd highly recommend the Farnborough branch to anyone looking for a new bed, the staff are very courteous. All I can say to anyone looking for a new bed is go straight to Dreams and you won't be dissapointed.

The store assistant, Kathvitha, who helped me was fantastic. She took time to listen to my requirements, explain about the different beds & give me help in finding a very comfortable bed for myself. She was patient and very friendly.

The advice I was given was very good and the delivery date of three days was what I wanted.

Immediately had help to find the bed frame that I needed. Purchase of product was swift. Communication of delivery and delivery itself was fantastic.

I went to your store and told the lady exactly what I wanted she gave me my options and within 15 minuets I had purchased my bed and we spoke about pillows and again she showed me my options and I returned the next day to buy the pillows and had a great nights sleep first time In ages Many thanks for top service
