When I walked in a was approached by a member of staff who knew exactly where the beds are I was looking for she left so I could have a look once I found what I was looking for she was very very helpful! So please with my experience

Brilliant service from Karen in the Farnborough branch. Friendly but not pushy. Answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very patient when we took an age in deciding which mattress to purchase! Also recommended suitable pillows.

Nigel, the sales assistant was brilliant from the first moment we entered the store until we left. He was helpful, cheerful and very knowledgeable putting both of us at ease. We were not expecting to spend the amount we did but left feeling we had purchased exactly what we needed.

I was dreading choosing a new bed as I expected disagreements between my husband and I but I can honestly say the experience was great fun. Nigel took complete care of us and was so patient as we tried (and re-tried) the different beds. He had a great sense if humour, which made what could be an awkward situation, trying out something so personal, into such fun. Thank you!

Jason is a very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional individual. He listened to our needs and was able to provide us with what we needed.

We weren’t sure what kind of bed we were going to get but the colleague was able to give us lots of information to help us make the best choice. We were not rushed at all and were given lots of time to try out all the options and discuss between ourselves at length, without being hovered over. But someone was always close by if we had a question. Great experience. This is our second bed with Dreams and will probably continue purchasing here in future.
