Dreams - Farnborough

From entering the store to sitting down placing my order with Karen. I described my needs and what I was looking for to Karen and she was able to quickly and efficiently show me the products available. I did not feel any pressure to buy the products but through the explanation and trialling the bed in shop my mind was made up. From there we sat and discussed the payment and it was simple. I felt confident I got the best deal and I am happy with my purchase. I am waiting for it to be installed now and then I can hopefully give feedback on comfort of the product but I know having a profile bed will significantly improve how I live my life.

The salesman , Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to “sell” to us but explained the benefits of all the mattresses we tried. Will definitely recommend to friends . We live 25 miles from store but it was a very pleasant 50 mile round trip. The mattress is coming in 4 days so that is fabulous service! Keep it up please.

member of staff was attentitive,made you feel comfortable trying the different mattresses and explaining in detail the qualities of the beds we were looking at. his knowledge helped us make our minds up and happy that we made the right choice.

Sean served me and was very helpful the computer system was playing up? and there were some detail issues but they were very busy , manager away,assistant manager had bad cold but was still in working and they still had time to crack a joke ,give good service and generally made my visit good.

Where do I start?! Sean in the Farnborough branch covered absolutely everything regarding our new TV bed we purchased. He greeted us and wasn’t pushy like classic sales people can be. Sean asked us a few questions on our sleeping pattern etc and suggested a certain mattress. My fiancé and I used the Sleepmatch machine after Sean’s Guesstimate and he got it spot on. It was a perfect match. Sean is a real credit to Dreams. Thank you so much for all your help! Can’t wait for it to arrive now!

Sean was really helpful and friendly. He took his time with us without making us feel pressured to buy and gave us really genuine unbiased advice.
