we had ordered a bed approx 14 months ago & were pleased with it so when we needed a bed for another room we knew exactly what we wanted & where to go. The member of staff that assisted us was very helpful & accommodating.

Nigel was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bed and mattress we were interested in.

Karen was extremely helpful. She took the time to learn what our needs were and took time to show us a variety of products that may suit our needs. She took time to explain why she was suggesting them and then gave us enough time to talk amongst ourselves and weigh-up our options. The coffee offered and ability to have pillows provided to test each mattress helped to make our visit even better.

Karen was a superb salesperson who really knew the products, was very friendly, got us drinks, and struck the perfect balance of giving us room to think whilst providing us with knowledge and options of the products.

Sean was very knowledgeable, attentive and listened to our requirements and directly sourced us the right mattress for our daughter. She has only slept on it for two nights and she is no longer waking up with an achey back. We are highly delighted and will only return to Dreams in future. MANY THANKS.
