Nigel did a great job of helping us find a mattress that suits our needs.

The assistant Nigel was superb . Usually I shop around for price but his service was excellent and this is what led me to make my purchase

Simple process to find the perfect matress, kind and helpful staff.

Nigel was very knowledgable and remembered us when we returned the following day with our son and to look at something else. We also visited Bensons beds and found it very difficult to get prices as the signage used was not as informative as yours and they were pushing you to buy the package they wanted to sell you rather than selecting the base and mattress according to your needs. Bensons salesman was very offhand and not knowledgeable unlike Nigel.

We were greeted by Sean who after asking a few questioned explained the process of using the Sleepmatch system. We then were shown and tried the relevant mattresses with accompanying pillows to help us make the appropriate decision. We were not rushed into making a decision and even had time for a lovely cup of coffee.

We had been assisted by Sean in the Farnborough branch. He was super friendly and professional during the whole process. He did greet us, offered us coffee/tea, gave us test-pillows and even gave us a chance to try the SleepMatch product. Truly amazed by that guy, he did helped us find not the bed we want, but the bed we need.

Sing was great listened to what we wanted and dealt with us in a professional manner
