Dreams - Farnborough

Before come to dreams I visited so many shops even in dreams I went 3 times. But staff helped me to sort out my confusion. They were so calm friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff. Huge selection of beds. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Plenty of information about the type of bed that was suitable for us

Karen greeted us in a very friendly and professional manor. She explained sleepmatch to us and offered us coffee for after my sleepmatch experience. She also listened to what we were looking for, and gave us information which helped us make our decision. She made us feel important and couldn't do more for us.

Karen from the farnborogh store was friendly welcoming and explained everything very well. She was also very patient with my other half who asked a lot of questions. Nothing was too much trouble . A delightful lady to deal with

Salesman was not pushy, he was very friendly, a pleasure to deal with in fact, I think his name was Nigel?

Kavitha was very pleasant to us and gave us as much time as we needed. She knew the product range in great detail and didn't put us under any pressure to buy something we weren't sure of. The selection of beds was excellent and other than a slight software glitch at payment time, the whole experience was really very good.

The assistant Karen was very friendly and knew her products thoroughly. She was very helpful and efficient.

The lady, Kavitha was both helpful and knowledgeable.

Sing who served us was great. I don’t like feeling pressured when looking around and that can often happen when being asked over and over if we need any help. He asked when we arrived and we said we were just looking, we then went over to the bed that tests what kind of mattress is best and he came over and just politely asked if we wanted a drink whilst we were looking which I thought was nice cause we didn’t even intend on buying anything at that moment and he then asked if we wanted to use it (the test bed thing) and said he would set it up so we did, he then ended up showing us different beds from the results and we ended up buying the therapur actigel mattress (super comfy) so happy we went in there. Didn’t have any intention on buying a mattress that day but not feeling pressured we ended up buying a mattress and two pillows which my partner wouldn’t walk out of the shop without haha we used them on the way round testing the beds and they were so comfy.
