Kavitha was excellent throughout. Made us feel important initially and then put us at ease when demonstrating options.

We were greeted on entry to the store, we were offered something to drink while we were looking, Karen was very helpful and friendly and knew all about the products we purchased, would recommend friends and family to visit Dreams.

Despite many people in the store at the time the four staff kept an eye and looked after all of us. My sister and I were very impressed with Karen's knowledge of the products. I enjoyed my coffee while we completed paperwork. I had specific requirements such as had to have castors for easy manoeuvrability, had to be firm but gentle and had to be certain colour. None of this was beyond Karen's knowledge and expertise and I ordered exactly what I needed for the price I was able to pay. She is a real credit to your company, as are the other three staff I had the pleasure to meet.

I felt that my needs were listened to and, crucially, my budget was taken into account when ordering.

I went in to browse, having not made a note of my mattress size but, as I ordered this at Dreams, the gentleman who assisted me, was able to look this up so that I was able to place my order in store that same day. I was given a credit option which suited my needs. The bed was scheduled for delivery within a week. I have always bought my beds from Dreams and will continue to do so.

The sales assistant Geraldine at the Farnborough store was excellent. Took the trouble to take us around and fully explained how the correct mattress would be fitted to our personal specifications using the computerised software. We didn't feel pressurised at all and she took particular care as my husband is severely visually impaired. Excellent service .

Very helpful staff only went to look at beds but ended up buying one
