Picked out a bedstead on-line and went in to choose a mattress to go with it. Sales Assistant ordered both items for me and arranged for 2 old mattresses and divans to be disposed of and the new bed to be put together. Everything I asked for.

Sing the sales assistant was very helpful. He was highly knowledgable about the products and asked the right questions to understand our needs.

I was treated very well the lady who dealt with me was most helpful

The sales person was Sean, he was just fantastic. He gave all the right information from start to finish in order for me to be happy and confident with the purchase of the bed and mattress. He explained about the sleep test and what it was for which enable me to not spend hours looking for the right mattress as I have done in the past in Australia! I will pass on all the good news about Dreams to my family and friends.

We visited with two young children, the staff were friendly and kept the children entertained. Staff spent a lot of time with us, and didn't rush our decision
