Nigel was fantastic and had a great customer service skills. He listened to what we wanted and ensure we checked out each bed that fit our criteria. He didn't try to sell us something out of our price range as he knew we were set on the price! That is great as nothing worse than feeling forced to buy something more than what you wanted to!

This was our second visit. We first visited Dreams in Basingstoke and had an excellent experience with the advisor there. We were given the chance to use the computer generated mattress matched.

Today we were greeted by Karen, she is a lovely lady and very easy to talk to. We had a good chit chat as well as her being very knowledgable about the products that we were purchasing. Before we sat down she offered us tea and coffee and made sure we were okay. Briefly spoke to Nigel and he was also very friendly and we liked his sense of humour.
