Cornell in the Farnborough branch served us and immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. She had excellent knowledge of the products in store and listened to our wants and needs, responding accordingly if we had any questions. When we found out she was only 2 months into her role we were shocked, but she was very well supported by Mike. One to look out for and we hope she is celebrated by the company.

We went into dreams looking for something quite specific (King size for a small room, ideally an ottoman, ideally not fabric) and Michael (Farnborough store) couldn't have been more helpful. He immediately put us at ease by being friendly and open, we even cracked a few jokes together almost immediately and we knew we were in good hands. He spent a lot of time with us and also gave us space to decide/discuss as a couple. Nothing was too much trouble and even our 3 month old daughter was so at ease in the store she fell right to sleep!
