Dreams - Farnborough

We were not sure what we were looking for, and Geraldine was amazing , taken us over to the sleepeze centre, talked us through what she was doing and explaining how the computer records your sleep pattern to determine what mattress best suits your individual needs. Geraldine stayed will others the whole, taking us to various mattress to try, her knowledge and friendliness was excellent. It wasn’t about selling us the most expensive, or cheapest mattress, it was about our comfort. We were also surprised how n how quick you could get the mattress for us! Most certainly would go in the future

Katie spent a lot of time with us and clearly had a lot of knowledge. We also used the computerised system to determine what mattress would suit us best.

The staff were friendly, approachable, very happy to help and keep adjusting my order form as I made changes during my visit. Nothing was any trouble.

Assistant very helpful and knowledgable. Made us coffee and put us in the right direction for what we were looking for. Pointed out the qualities of each bed. Offered us colours and matched things up.

WE were greeted and listened to and then shown options and helped to decide what was best for us.

Karen at the Farnborough site was great at greeting us upon entering the shop coming across very warm and friendly and offered us tea/coffee while we were doing the sleep match and suggested after which pillows to use. We tried many mattresses as between us one person was firm and the other was soft a medium approach mattress proved difficult to find but in the end we went with a pure foam mattress... much much more expensive but looking forward to delivery to hoping for a good night sleep going forward.

We liked the sleep match survey and found the results very useful in helping with Sean's advice to select the best mattress for us both to get from Dreams.

We went to the Farnborough Dream store, we were attended to by Sean who was knowledgeable, helpful, honest and had a great sense of humour. Sean was friendly, he greeted us, offered us drinks and was extremely efficient. Sean was a great salesman, but what really meant the most to us was that he did not pressure or rush us. Because of the customer service we received from Sean, we bought a bed frame with TV which we are over the moon with and will return to Sean at Dreams Farnborough to buy a mattress as soon as we can afford it. The store was easy to access with lots of parking. Inside the store was well laid out and had lots of choice.
