Given the opportunity to be given a tour of the store and then the Sleepmatch machine and try 3 different types of mattresses until satisfied with the final one.

I was offered help and assistance at various stages of my visit as well as given plenty of time to wander around myself and choosing in peace. The assistants were attentive and friendly but also aware people need time to consider and choose for themselves

When entering Dreams, we were met be friendly staff but not over bearing. Asked us if we knew what we wanted. Asked valid questions to assertion our needs. The member of staff Sean, was great, allowed us time to look around then Suggested he matched us to our mattress. We were able to find the mattress and bed frame exactly that we wanted Could not recommend Sean highly enough. He was brilliant friendly and definitely knew his stuff

Karen greeted me when I asked her where the ottoman beds were, she showed me, and came upstairs with me to look at them, she was very thorough, I only wanted a quote but as her experience was so good I ended up buying a bed.
