The assistant (Sean) was highly knowledgeable, which made a big difference for the ease of the purchase. Ultimately, I came in to buy a bed and it was straightforward, and an enjoyable experience. There was no need for any further fuss, instead just sorting out what I was there for in a highly professional, relaxed manner. I didn't feel rushed, being given time to consider the options but there wasn't any unnecessary faffing about.

This is not the first time I have visited this store for help and advise and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are always offered a refreshment and are made to feel very welcome. Staff are patient and understanding of our needs.

When we entered the store we were greeted by a lovely lady called Geraldine. We told her we were looking for a mattress, not too sure what type. She asked us if we had heard of "Sleep match". She explained how it works. We soon had a list of mattresses suited to or needs. We tried several before making a decision. Geraldine suggested that we spend 10 mins on the mattress to really get a feel for it and be sure that it is what we want. We were then offered a cup of tea - perfectly made! We placed our order. We were offered a delivery date which we had to delay by a couple of days due to working, but that was no problem.

The assistant Katie was extremely helpful and friendly. She did not try to sway our decision on which bed to purchase, offered a coffee to both my wife and I and spent time with us, not rushing.. All in all the visit to Dreams at Farnborough was a pleasant experience.

1st time shopping at Dreams, received excellent service from Geraldine, who was extremely knowledgeable about the many types of mattress and was able to give great advice and assistance regarding the products, delivery and order process. Geraldine was professional and gave me confidence in my choice. The store was clean, tidy and helpful staff.

Katie was a very helpful and friendly colleague. She offered the diagnostic mattress assessor immediately and explained very clearly how she interpreted the information. Overall could not be happier.
