Dreams - Farnborough

I was assisted by Katie and she took her time to assess and understand my needs and wants then reviewed several products to ensure I was fully satisfied. The assessment bed and tool was also very cool.

I thought Jason was very friendly and helpful. He was able to explain the all different mattresses we tried and gave us a lot of insight into Tempur mattresses. He approached us very quickly and we did not have to wait to be seen. The order processes was also easy and quick.

Great service

My partner and I were pleasantly greeted by Sean in Dreams, Farnborough. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products we were looking for (mattress, pillows, bed frame etc.). He directed us around the store, invited us to try several mattresses and pillows, and made very helpful suggestions. Once we made a decision on what we wanted, Sean made the buying process very easy, clearly explaining all the options of payment. We couldn't have asked for better customer service, Sean is truly a credit to the team.

We visited Dreams as we knew we needed a new mattress. The shop assistant Karen approached us in a friendly fashion as soon as we entered and recommended we use the Sleep Match to help identify what we needed. Once the test had been done we were shown the different type of mattresses and once we knew the style we liked Karen showed us all of the options available. Karen was apologetic as there was not the desired mattress in stock to take away, however we weren't expecting to take one that day and I was impressed that I could get it delivered in less than a week if I desired. Karen was flexible and showed all available dates to fit with my schedule. Karen is a real asset to the Dreams team - she picked up on what my partner and I were talking about and made positive recommendations. This included showing us the sofa bed range as she'd heard us mention they may have them in the store. Very impressed with the personal service and I can't wait for the mattress to arrive!

Geraldine was very helpful and not at all pushy. She look the time to understand our needs and was there to help us with whatever we needed. Her help and professionalism is what made us return to Dreams the same day and purchase a bed.
