Dreams - Farnborough

I had not planned to visit Dreams when the opportunity arose, so the decision to look at and try mattresses was not pre-meditated. I had felt for some while that my back was suffering from my current mattress being too firm so decided this was the time to do it. Mr Davies was infinitely patient as I tried about 6 different mattress types across the price range. There was no pressure to choose a more expensive one and the purchasing was simple and unhurried. Delivery date was arranged within a week of the purchase and a bag supplied for the old mattress to be wrapped in, prior to disposal. Altogether a very satisfactory afternoon!

Very friendly staff and excellent service

Sean was very friendly and informative talking through the whys and wherefores of each item. He also dealt very tactfully with myself and my wife as both of us are on the larger side. Sean talked us through everything but also then gave us space and time to try things at our speed.

FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

Sing assisted us, he greated us as we arrived and helped us choose the bed. Very professional and friendly, there was no pressure which we have encountered in many large furniture stores. We were offered coffee / tea and Sing talked us through all the relevant options, including the care package - 'bedcover'. Many thanks.
