Katie was very helpful yet not at all pushy. Gave us lots of information and advice and then withdrew when it was obvious we needed to discuss our options

Sean greeted us in non pushy way. Of all the bed shops we had been in he was the first to approach us in this way. We were told all about the mattress comparability machine and given an idea of lead times and options. Sean clearly knows his stuff and how to deal with people. Two female colleagues were often there ready to assist but I think our experience would have been heightened without their help as Sean knew what we were looking for and it was him we were buying from. At times one of the women trying to helpful was putting random items in front of us that she mistakenly thought we had asked for. The only really disappointing aspect of our visit was that the manager, who made himself present, did not acknowledge us once but happily looked at the screen as if to see how much we, and the customer next to us, were looking to spend. I’d suggest this sort of manager would work better away from the shop floor. Sean was patient and happy to show us the fabrics of the duvets. We were offered hot drinks. Overall Sean was exemplary and a credit to your Company. If every sales person had his demeanour then purchasing would be a much more enjoyable experience.

Was aware of the particular product I was looking for after viewing it online. Walked into the store and was immediately given a friendly welcome and shown the item I was interested in. Geraldine (Farnborough store) instructed me on the correct mattress I would require and was extremely helpful with her advice. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and polite. Took time to explain things without any pressure to buy.

I was greeted as I entered the store and the Sales person, Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to provide assistance with the selection I was looking for. Throughout the sale Sean was personable, polite and approachable and provided me with the information I needed to make a final selection.

The sales Agent let us look first and did not hassle us. Then they helped with selecting the correct Mattress. Very polite, helpful, knowledgeable.

We had shopped at Dreams before and the assistant Karen was so help as she has been each time we have visited and very knowledgeable about the products she is selling and very helpful which makes buying a bed easy.

Nigel was a gentleman and he helped my wife and I find the right mattress and bed for us.he he offered us a cup of coffee Wich was very nice we tried beds and mattresses till we found the right pair he left us alone so we could make a decision.The wife and l. are very satisfied with the help of the Farnbough store l would give them all 100out of 100.Thank you very much for your help.
