Friendly, helpful staff and not just the manager. All the staff we encountered were a credit to the company.

Cornell was fantastic from start to finish , very thorough with her knowledge of the products and tailoring of needs. Also ensured we walked away fully understanding the sale and how our needs were met rather than pressuring us into anything we didn’t want . Cornell is an asset to dreams

Great communication and man couldn't do enough

The lady that served was extremely helpful and did not rush me into buying my bed,

The assistant gave us a few moments to peruse the store, then came over, introduced herself “Cornell” and offered her assistance, we had a session on your computerised bed and we were then directed to beds that were compatible with the computer findings. We were then left to try out a few beds by ourselves with the appropriate pillows. At no time did we feel under any pressure. Cornell was very helpful and happy to answer our questions. Very professional service.
