made 2 visits to the store that day and katie was very helpful both times remembering me and my needs on the second visit.

Katie noticed my partner and I wandering looking like lost puppies trying to find a new mattress. Katie asked our preference and ascertained our needs. She invited us to use the machine which would identify which type of mattress was best suited to us. Whilst we waited for the machine to do its bit, Katie offered us both drinks. Katie quickly found the products we were looking for and gave us a range of prices versus quality to consider. She gave us time to relax on the mattresses and come to an informed decision. Katie informed us she was relatively new to the role, but she was confident in her knowledge. If she did have any doubt, she would consult the paperwork or another staff member. This filled me with confidence she took our sale seriously and wanted to do right by us. The only negative was a lack of discount following purchasing 3 mattresses between us and pillows too. In the past when I have shopped at smaller stores, they have offered a discount due to bulk buying.

The young man was very good with his knowledge made us all feel very relaxed had a very good sense of humour would highly recommend my friends ect to request his service

Was greeted immediately in entering the store. Friendly sales consultant. Not pushy. Good knowledge of product. Offered a coffee and given time to consider purchase

The ease at which the whole process was done

Our customer assistant Katie was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with what bed we needed after trying the bed analyser which helped us as to what firmness of mattress would best suit us.

We were asked if we needed assistance promptly, were given the help we needed, were given a cup of tea and certainly felt like we were important to the lady who helped us

Very helpful staff yougman named Nicholas more than helpful would imagine this his first job very eager to help nothing too much trouble

We arrived late in the day yet it was no trouble to the staff. Very professional service. We purchased because your old bed doesn't go to landfill and we didn't have to spend hours bouncing on mattresses to test which one we thought we'd want.
