We were approached with an offer of assistance within about 3-4 minutes of entering the shop. Katie was knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. We didn't feel there was a 'hard sell' on anything and she took into account our request of a slight discount on the insurance. Overall a very swift service experience and quick delivery time promised too.

The young gentleman Nick who served us today was new to the job and did a great job we were looking for a bed for my son Jack who is 10 Jack gave nick his specification and Nick listened very well and take into account everything he said and wanted the staff of brilliant and kind and friendly and that's just what you need to deal with children
