We were greeted when we came into Dreams and after explaining our requirements and saying that we had been in Dreams before and had been talking to a different person about our requirements so we knew what we were after, we carried on looking around until we required assistance again after been given a nice cup of Latte.

Katie that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was frendly and efficant.

The sale assistant was very friendly,polite and has a good knowledge of the product he was selling He was patient and answered all our queries satisfactorily He is definitely a good asset to your establishment.

The store is well laid out, well lit, accessible even with impaired mobility and all of the store staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The colleague who assisted me throughout my visit was new, having worked there for only three weeks, but was very knowledgeable and when necessary spoke with another colleague in order to answer my queries.

The store was not busy and we were offered assistance immediately and also time to browse without being ‘hassled’ until we were ready. Sean was very knowledgeable and articulate. He answered our questions fully and gave us the confidence to make a considered decision and subsequent purchase.

I went in not knowing what I needed or wanted. Staff were extremely helpful, explained everything to me and had bought a bed and was walking out the door within an hour! Perfect!
