Great service

The assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient

I was served by Katie, she was very helpful, got us pillows to try the beds, made us a drink, she was very professional and went out of her way to make sure I got the right products, would highly recommend this store.

Store assistant came over and asked if we needed help Spent time with us understanding our needs and showing us various mattresses for our budget Took us through the order process and offered us a hot drink whilst we waited

Felt that Sean gave us time to consider our purchase which was underpinned by his knowledge of the products and an understanding of our needs.

Very friendly staff, Katie was the lady who helped us and was informative and helpful was not pushy.

We went in to the Farnborough store to buy one bed, we ended up buying two mattresses, one bed base and headboard, 6 pillows, a mattress protector and sheet. We went back a couple of days later after measuring up at home and bought another bed. The staff were all helpful, speaking to most of them as they walked the shop floor checking we were happy. Karen took our order and couldn’t have been more patient or offered more assistance. The manager was always present on the shopfloor and as I have owned a retail business myself I felt he had a great rapport with his staff and the store had a welcoming atmosphere, we were never rushed to make a choice.

The sales person was friendly but not pushy. He also gave us space to discuss what we had been shown. Listened and quickly grasped what our needs were and didn't try to force any items outside our needs.

Caring staff member (Singh) took time to explain the benefits of items we were interested in also pointed out drawbacks of items not suited to my requirement

Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.
