I purchased from the branch in Farnborough, the products were displayed well and the pricing labels were simple to understand. Although the shop was quite busy I found a salesperson quickly(Karen) who dealt with my enquiry efficiently, talked the product through and offered associated products that I could purchase. Delivery was arranged for two days later and I was kept informed via text and email re the date and time slot. The delivery team contacted me by phone to confirm on the morning of the delivery and the product was delivered on time. The delivery team were very efficient when installing the product and removing my old unit. I ws giving product care advice by Josh (delivery team). All in all great service.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, Karen was amazing and very helpful. We went in to purchase 1 bed and came out buying 2 beds due to the price and quality of staff. Overall a highly satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Dreams to other people.

The assistant was very helpful and suggested different beds to try that may be suitable and explained the different type of mattresses. When placing the order she was again very sociable and helpful with any questions we had.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. She showed us the products we were interested in purchasing, explaining the differences between the beds and mattresses, which helped us greatly in making our decision. We were offered a drink whilst discussing the finance options. Everything was explained to us clearly and the advisor was extremely knowledgeable of all the options available.

Very helpful in taking time to understand our need and suitable product, in this case replacement mattress's. Allowed time for us to consider options, show us mattress's to try, provided cup of tea (very nicely made) and arrange delivery to suit. As ex-sales myself (albeit different industry) I appreciate a knowledgeable and helpful sales person, who can identify someones wants/needs to buy and guides them to the right products for them and hence secure the sale.
