We were greeted straight away and shown a choice of the item we wanted and test some mattresses . We were given clear information on price and quality. Our salesman was Sean who even offered us a cup of tea or coffee. Delivery option was easy and when we would like. Sean was so friendly and we didn’t feel rushed or under pressure to buy. I was glad we got what we wanted quickly and easily, we even bought a couple of nice pillows as an extra.
