Attentive and happy staff. Dealt with Nigel. I didn’t feel like he was rushing me. He listened but cleverly asked questions to check what I was asking for was right for me!!

The assistant was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, she knew the lengths of all the beds (which was important to us)

Very friendly approach of the member of staff (Karen) that assisted us. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and was patient with our pickiness. Nice sense of appropriate humour, too.

We were served by Geraldine who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job, gave us a lot of information and showed us all the products then gave us space to make a decision. Also the choice of products in the store was great.
