Dreams - Farnborough

I recently bought a double bed. They had only just had it delivered so said they would call me when they had it set up. I had a phone call back which was great and bought the bed. I then returned 2 weeks later with my partner to buy the mattress and the lady that served us was extremely helpful.

very friendly service, not pushy at all, helped us through the process of selecting the right bed.

Geraldine in the Farnborough store that I visited on Monday was very hopeful she managed to save me money on a my mattress by trying another one which felt just as comfortable she was very helpful and my bed is arriving this Wednesday which is very quick service. Would be very happy to recommend dreams to my friends and family.

excellent service from Sean , great product knowledege took time with us to find the right product for us with no sales pressure to buy, took us through our options and explained everything clearly and gave us the right product for us and tailored to our budget requirments, right down to using the mattress finder machine so we both had what we reguired in one purchase.

Karen was very helpful and greeted us as we entered the shop, as well as offering us a drink. She mentioned a machine that would have been able to get an idea of the type of mattress we liked but we already knew. We tested a couple of mattresses and Karen offered us some pillows which was very handy, as my partner was in need of a new one and we would have otherwise forgotten. Looking forward to our mattress arriving soon!

We were left alone at the beginning to look around and make some decisions ourselves then the staff stepped in to help us confirm our decision and order.

Karen was very helpful, listening to what we wanted, and showing all the different options and explaining advantages and disadvantages of different beds. We felt under no pressure and ended up buying a different mattress to what we first thought we wanted.

Shop assistant was highly helpful and made sure all our needs were met.
