The staff were friendly and knowledgeable on both visits we made to the Farnborough store.

We were seen by a very polite and friendly member of staff who listened to our requirements. We use the machine that measures our sleep position and were given a list of suitable beds. The sales person explained each one and he made sure that we were making the right choice for our needs, he gave us plenty of time to try the bed we have chosen he then explained thoroughly the price and exchange policy

We were not sure which bed was best for our requirements ie back issues, your staff member Nigel could see that and helped us by using the bed that calculates your needs and then pointed us to beds that we had not even looked at or considered, we tried several beds before making up our minds while Nigel gave us relevant information but was not pushy nor did he try to sell us the most expensive which was refreshing. Having made up our minds the paying process was reasonable quick and fairly painless! We did pay quite a lot more for the bed than intended so we are looking forward to the delivery and many nights of blissful sleep 😴.

The Sales team were very welcoming and friendly, without being intrusive. They listened to what we wanted and let us decide in our own time, without being pushy.

Geraldine was really friendly and knowledgeable about the products. There was also no pressure from her to buy certain things, she was just interested in finding the right bed for us. Overall she was a brilliant example of how customers should be treated in a store

Very pleased with the service given by Sean at Dreams Farmborough - despite only being in the job for eight weeks he really knew his stuff and was very helpful with letting us know about the various products without making us feel pressurised. His manager also gave some good tips about the different beds and mattresses. We wish Sean well for the future and are sure he will be a great success at his career.

I was served by a lady called Karen at the Farnborough Solatron park store. She was very helpful & knowledgeable regarding the choice of mattresses & which would suit best for my back. When it came to placing the order, she again was knowledgeable in her advice regarding finance options & very patient with our endless questions. This lady made the whole experience pleasant with her lovely friendly warm manner. Well done Dreams in hiring this lovely lady.

I was very pleased with the the time the sales lady was prepared to spend with me to make sure I chose the right product for me. The choice of beds was impressive. The delivery time was was very good. Overall I was very happy with my visit to Dreams store.
