The salesperson was very knowledgeable patient his products. He made suggestions of products that might best suit my needs without being pushy. All the staff in the store were very friendly and welcoming, what impressed me most was the store manager was very patient taking the time to show a new employee the ropes which in my opinion could only be beneficial to his development and knowledge of products. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to others.

Very good service in store, helped but not pestered. Very speedy delivery from two guys who were very professional.

Friendly knowledge staff

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The whole buying experience was unstressful and very quick. The delivery date was within a few days. Just hope the mattress is as good!!

Pleasant knowledgeable staff

The assistant Karen was very knowledgeable and able to guide us through the range of products available. We felt Karen was really receptive to our needs and was able to help us select a bed and in particular mattress that most suited us. The store had a wide range of products which helped us try a variety and so realise our ideal type.

From when we entered the store we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. To start we were just browsing so didn't need any assistance at that point (and was asked a few times by different members if we needed any help). After a while of browsing we were asked again if we needed help by this point we did, Nigel asked lots of questions to find out our needs of the bed frame to the mattress and showed us a few different options of each. Storage was a massive thing for us so Nigel recommended the ottoman style which you could see ample space for storage! We were then unsure on the size we wanted so Nigel went into more details on the size of each bed. When it came the mattress my partner and I were undecided on the firmness so we were taken to different styles to try out which ones we preferred and was explained the benefits of each. Overall we were very satisfied with the help and knowledge we received on our visit to the store.

Geraldine helped us and she was fantastic. She understood quickly what we needed and in fact without her help I think we either would not have made a purchase or would have bought the wrong item, so we’re very grateful. She was helpful without being pushy and she was very keen to get everything right, down to the finest detail. Her knowledge of the products was the massive value-add.

After a member of staff had introduced themselves we were allowed to browse unhindered. Once we had an idea of what we wanted all our questions were answered and we were given coffee whilst the order was placed and discussed. We were particularly impressed by the friendly attitude of all the staff.
