The staff member Sean was very helpful and explain everything thats why i brought bed

We were greeted with a smile and an offer of coffee which made the first few minutes really pleasant. Karen also took time tom suggest similar mattresses that were on sale as a cheaper alternative

Help and advice was available. We were given the time we needed, without pressure. Questions were answered. All really helpful

The lady was very helpful showed us all the options that were available.

The mattress is for our son, an adult with Asperger Syndrome (a form of autism which causes difficulty in any social situation). Sean was really quick to register that he needed to deal with our son carefully, without crowding nor hurrying him. He even got our son to talk to him, which he rarely does with stranger. I cannot praise Sean highly enough.
