The saleswoman, (Karen) was welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and helping us satisfy our needs in a new mattress.

Karen was very helpful and even though she was busy, she made sure I knew she was coming back and gave me plenty of time to try the mattresses.

Mike the assistant dealt with us in a highly professional way and took us through products with clear advice

I was served by Nigel who was from beginning to end excellent. He was very patient in letting my find a suitable mattress, very friendly and also very knowledgeable about your products. He made me feel totally at ease and really helped me find what suited me. I could not fault him at all and want to say thank you Nigel for your help and professionalism.
