The South African lady who served us was really kind, knew her stuff, and was generally interested in helping us find the right bed+matress combo. Also showed us some pillows which we ended up buying because they were comfy too!

The representatives we met had a chirpy disposition but most importantly were knowledgeable on the products and took time to understand our purchasing criteria

The local team in Farnborough were outstanding in all aspects, approachable, welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the Farnborough branch!

THE STORE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL. MY HUSBAND HAS PARKINSONS AND FINDS IT HARD TO TURN OVER IN BED THE ASSISTANT WAS GREAT WITH THIS ,IN ADVICE ON WHICH MATRESS WOULD BE BEST FOR US BOTH .

The staff where helpful and friendly. The process of purchase was efficient and quick which is always helpful when you have small children that dont like shopping.

Geraldine was extremely helpful and polite without being pushy. She helped us understand exactly what it was we were looking for and in our price range. We would definitely use Dreams again.

I had spoken to Karen the day before my purchase when I visited just to have a look at various beds, she was very helpful when I discussed my requirements and remembered me today when I went back to the store to buy an ottoman bed. She was very friendly and made the whole purchase a real pleasure.

From the moment we entered the store the service we received from Karen was exceptional. She clearly knew the products and was able to steer us towards the best ones for our requirements. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase but she was happy to give us as much of her time as we needed.
