The lady who served us was friendly helpful and available and had a good product knowledge. She quickly understood our needs and directed us to the appropriate products.

We met Karen in the Farnborough branch on the Saturday, looking at the Evo bed with Smart TV. Karen was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we were asking questions about size and fit for our room, she was also understanding when we told her that we would return the next day with a decision as we had to re-measure which we find quite often can be met with a not very nice response. Karen was lovely, helpful and very efficient. The only downside I would say is that the store was very, very hot, but that didn't put against the experience in any way.

I was very impressed with the assistance I was given, and how the store manager, who served me, explained everything to me in detail. He didn't make me feel under any pressure to choose a particular item, and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. He gave me comparisons between various items, in order to make my final decision.

Geraldine was extremely helpful, patient and knew when to leave us alone to discuss our options. She was attentive and had a great sense of humour and she made us a cup of coffee.

Karen, the sales assistant took the time to understand our needs and gave us comparative mattresses to try using fantastic product knowledge. Was not pushy at all, however kept us engaged at all times explaining why the mattresses would suit our specified needs. Very helpful indeed.
