The assistant was highly efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure in selecting my requirements and even recommended what was the best option for me to choose. Quick and easy in placing my order and receiving information by text to confirm. I would certainly use Dreams again.

The whole experience was stress free, the chap who served us was articulate, well informed, friendly and his advice was useful - not pushing us towards any one (more expensive option) but still providing useful help when it came to what product to buy. AND they had free mints and sweets on their counter. Total winner.

Karen was very friendly, didn't push a sale which is what I hate when entering shops, seemed to offer all options including those that were cheaper. Just a good friendly nice lady who helped us out with no pressure compared to other shops we visited that day which is why we bought with you.
